The Archaeological Museum, also known by its former name the Death Hospital, is found at the Galvani Palace.
It has many historic exhibitions featuring archaeological collections of the city of Bologna.
There are two types of pasta; dried and fresh. The dried pasta is obviously made without eggs therefore can be stored in your pantry for about two years. Fresh pasta can only be consumed within two days (since it usually includes eggs) and is stored in the fridge. When you are in Italy, be sure to try the fresh one!

The Torre degli Asinelli and Torre dei Garisenda were both constructed in the 12th century and are considered among the tallest towers in the city.
